Changes to your subscriptionUpdated 6 months ago

Did you know you can make changes to your subscription via the Dashboard, before your order is paid? Simply log in to Your Account now, to:

  • Edit your cart to make product changes;
  • Reschedule your order to a different delivery date;
  • Skip a delivery if your travelling or have too much stock; and
  • Switch your delivery frequency from say weekly to fortnight or monthly.

You can also change your address and credit card details in your account or by WhatsApp to our dedicated customer service team.
