We certainly encourage the recycling and return of our delivery bags. When your next delivery is scheduled, you are welcome to pass your used bags to our driver. Please ensure you inform our customer service team beforehand, so we can arrange for them to be picked up. Do have the chiller bags ready for retrieval by the driver when they arrive.

It is essential to note that in some cases your order may be delivered by a third-party courier who may not be able to take the bags from you. If this situation arises, we ask if you could kindly hold on to the empty bags until your next order when our in-house driver can collect them.
